Oklahoma City, OK, April 8, 2011- Acclaimed Christian music singer/songwriter and platinum-selling artist Mark Schultz is partnering with 88.9 K-LOVE to make a difference at the Oklahoma Baptist Boys Ranch Town at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2011.
Recognizing the power of making a difference in the community, Yukon Church will join Schultz and 88.9 K-LOVE in delivering collected hygiene items and paper goods and other gifts provided by Chick-fil-a (33rd and Broadway) and Buy For Less. The boys and their house parents will also meet Schutlz and receive an autographed copy of the Dove award winner’s CD “The Best of Mark Schultz” and a ticket to see him in concert at Yukon Church Sunday evening.
Contemporary Christian music radio station, 88.9 K-LOVE, reaches the hearts of people through various “Make a Difference” events throughout the year in Oklahoma.
“This Make a Difference event is about blessing the boys with an experience that they’ll remember forever,” says Sherree Murray, Oklahoma promotions manager. “We desire nothing more than to give the boys an opportunity to be inspired and encouraged by people who love and care about them.”

The Baptist Boys Ranch Town provides homes to approximately 40 boys between the ages of 7 and 15 and is a part of the Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, the largest provider of private, non-for-profit, residential childcare in the state.
