From The StudioAugust 13, 2014 12:09 am 4 Comments
It’s nervewracking to work in the studio because I can hear in my mind the song’s potential, but it’s often not easy to translate it into different instruments and vocals, etc. Being in the studio is hard for me, but with each take and each track, it’s thrilling to get a little closer to the finished product I hear in my head. And, sometimes, with great producers like I’m working with now, the songs surpass even my wildest expectations.
Just last night I brought some tracks home for my wife to listen to, and she got tears in her eyes as the song she’d been hearing me hum over and over again at dinner came to life in the speakers. And I have to tell you, I think you’re going to love it too.Stay tuned as more “song babies” get birthed at the Schultz household…
